System formed by two belts 1, 5 of different speed, sensors 6, 7, 8 which detect the passage of the products and an optical reader which identifies the product code which is transmitted to a data-processing centre, the information being passed, in turn, to a printer 10 generating an adhesive label 24 which, by means of a device 12 (Fig. 2), is placed on the product 4, the system incorporating a hatch 11 which acts depending on whether the product has or has not been labelled by means of the sensor 8. The labelling device 12 includes a linear actuator 13 and a suction-cup assembly 14 with a pad or deformable element 15 in the lower part which supports the label 24 and includes a hoop (metal band) 22 which holds the support 17 in the position for receiving the label 24. <IMAGE>
