COMPOSITION FOR WOOD-CEMENT COMPOSITION MATERIALS

The composition materials are used as residual formworks forconcrete and reinforced concrete walls in the construction ofresidential, public, administrative and agricultural buildings andfor heat insulation, soundinsulation and making of motorwaysilencing structures. The operational qualities of the hardenedmaterial are similar to those of the conventional buildingmaterials: bricks, gas-concrete and foam-concrete and structuraland insulation building tiles. The method for the preparation ofthe composition is simplified and takes place by a completelyautomatic prduction process. The properties of the finishedproduct can be changed by the introduction of differentcomponents. The basic components of the composition are cement,wood and/or wastes of farm produce, sodium silicate, calciumchloride or a combination with calcium hydroxide, pearlite andwater, and the quantitites of some of them can vary in wideboundaries.3 claims
