The invention refers to a high sensitivity, controlled nonlinearity converter, intended for measuring continuous and slowly variable voltages; the commanded oscillator type converter comprises an integrator (I1), a comparator (I2) and a reference voltage (Vr), as well as a negative reaction loop consisting of a low-pass active filter (I3) which forces the output impulse fill factor to a constant value, thus achieving a compensation of the effect of serial mode perturbing voltages, with a view to compensating the delays introduced by the electronic components on the signal path, being serially connected to a capacitor (C2) of integrator (I1), a resistor (R4), which, together with an R-C group (R1, R2, C1) at the input of integrator (I1), which also allows for the control of the non-linearity of the capacitor's transfer characteristic.
