摘要

The sulphate salt of N,N-dimethyl-2-[5-(1,2,4-triazole-1-ylmethyl)-1H-indol-3-yl]ethylamine is selective antagonist of the so-called "5-HT-like" receptors.The compounds is applicable in the treatment of clinical states,especially of migraine and indispositions related to it wherethere are indications for selective relation to these receptors.
