The invention refers to a wheel with elastic components for railway cars designed to increase the comfort during travel on railways at high motion speeds. According to the invention, the wheel with elastic components for railway cars has a ring piece (7 or 10) mounted on the hub (B). The ring piece consists of segments, profiled on the outside so as to receive an assembly of elastic rubber elements (C, D, E, F or G), plated with semi-casings (3) made of two pieces of steel spring and provided on the inside with a ring surface (1) made of two pieces of steel pipe. On the radial direction, the assembly of elastic elements (C, D, E, F or G) is linked to the binding band (A) of the wheel by means of another profiled ring piece (5 or 9) made of two steel pieces. The assembly of elastic parts (C, D, E, F or G) rests on a profiled ring piece (5 or 9) on the wheel binding band (A) and between the ring piece (7 or 10) of the hub (B) and the assemblies of elastic elements (C, D, E, F or G) there is a rubber guard band (a) against wear.
