The invention refers to a pneumatic spraying device used to fight disease and pests in vineyards and fruit tree plantations that are intensively cultivated. The device is made up of a double diffuser, each of which has a spraying ramp. The slots (4) of the double diffuser are divided into some segments (5) which have an alternating forward and backward orientation. A solution spraying ramp (6) goes through the middle of each of these segments, and has some orifices (10) near the exterior, which have a solid jet breaker (11) positioned above them.
