The invention refers to a linear-rotary hydraulic motor, designed to drive industrial robots, machine tools or devices that require complex rotary-translation movement. The hydraulic motor is made up of a cylinder (1) in which a piston (2) slides that is connected to a rotary motor (3), with small axial pistons, closed by a cap (4). The cap (4) supports a central shaft (12) that transmits the rotary movement to an upper flange (13) that is supported by a lower flange (5) which, by means of rods (6), forms one piece with the cap (4), the rotary motor (3) and the piston (2). Displacement of the piston (2) inside the cylinder (1) is activated by pressurised liquid introduced through an orifice (f or g), whilst rotation of the upper flange (13) is obtained by supplying the rotary motor (3) through one of the exterior orifices (c or d).
