<p>The compositon and the method are used in brake linings,lining clutches and others. They are harmless, there is reducedconsumption of labour, energy and materials, and the productsproduced have improved physicochemical characteristics. Thecomposition contains phenolformaldehyde and novolac resin,barytes, dolomitic lime, montan wax, urotropin, copper shavings,mineral wool, vermiculite and mineral powder. The method includestwo stages, in the first one the saturated components arehomogenized under normal temperature after which thephenolformaldehyde resin and the wax are added after its raising.In the second stage the mixture heated to 165-170°C is pressedunder pressure of P 310-312 kg/cm².3 claims</p> |
