<p>The suction pressure installation is coupled to a number of different operating devices (7-10) within a good processing and packaging plant and has a central suction source (1) coupled to one or more vacuum reservoirs (3, 4, 5), each held at a given pressure level. A setting valve (15), controlled by a setting drive for obtaining a required flow cross-section, is incorporated in the line between at least one device (9) and the associated vacuum reservoir, together with a pressure switch (16). A control device (21) allows the setting valve to be closed after a given interval when the switching threshold of the pressure switch is exceeded.</p> |
