Resting table, consisting of the thin first layer made of elastic material with a high endurance limit, of a primarily oblong basic shape, this layer being the supporting layer and significantly thicker second layer of a similar oblong basic shape, this layer is permanently connected to the supporting layer and made of porous or fluffy soft material, the second layer being the mattress part, characterised in that the mattress part (3) is divided into at least two long sections (5,6,7) with at least one longitudinal gap (4. 4'), these sections (5,6,7) being kept together with the supporting layer (2), notably in part making longitudinal folding lines (8, 8') and when the resting table is folded (1), at least one longitudinal section (6,7) is folded inside facing the other section (5) and supporting layers (2) of the relevant sections (5,6,7) face each other.
