The semi-permanent flash memory (12B) has a matrix of several sectors, so that parts of the matrix can be erased. A second flash memory matrix (12A) holds the command and control assembly for the system, dividing a line of input/output of the flash memory to several sectors. The read operation is validated whilst there is flash memory access to several sectors.
