The improved laser manufacture method has a ceramic rod (20) with metallisation added at high temperatures. A first layer of nickel (21) is first formed, and a copper layer added on top (22). A laser machine cutter is then used to form a spiral cut (23) in the metallisation, forming the inductor track and thus the inductance.
