FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: mammalian cultured cells (in part, Hep G2, COS, BHK tk-t 13,293 and others) are transformed with recombinant expression vector that involves DNA-fragment encoding the matured human factor VII with preceding complete or partial signal sequence. Stably transformed cells are separated and cultured. Then recombinant protein is isolated from the cultured medium. This protein after preliminary activation with suitable protease shows activity in blood coagulation process that is similar with that at effect of natural factor VIIa.
