The lock bolt expansion device comprises an external bolt (4) provided with movable locking pieces (1,3). An internal bolt (2) sliding inside the external bolt has its ends acting on the locking pieces causing an expansion force at the end of the external bolt inside the strike plate when activated by the user. The movable locking pieces are assembled by the flat parts on planes of the external bolt by means of spindles passing through corresponding holes. The movable locking parts have notches corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the strike plate to enable it to embed.
