FIELD: cosmetics, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: progestagen, namely, 3,17-dihydroxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-diene or its 3,17-diacylhydroxy-derivatives showing antoandrogenic activity, in part, the known preparation acetomenpregenol in combination with estrogen, in part, with ethynylestradiol for regulation of estrogen-androgenic skin balance are used as a bioactive addition. Addition has also antibiotic laevomycetin and an alcoholic-aqueous and/or oily extracts of medicinal plant, in part: pot-marigold, horse-tail and bur-marigold taken at effective amount. Addition is a component of the proposed curative-prophylactic gel containing gel-forming agent, Tween-80, glycerol, salicylic and citric acids, carbamide, an aqueous ammonia, paraform, bronitrol, perfume, water, pot-marigold oily extract, spirituous-aqueous extracts of medicinal herbs and antibiotic laevomycetin. The proposed gel shows complex and specific effect. Gel shows a curative-prophylaxis effect against inflammatory, acne and suppurative rash. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of an agent. 3 cl, 3 exs
