METHOD OF PACKING AND MOULDING OF PRODUCTS MADE OF SOLID WOOD

FIELD: woodworking, mainly, process of working of long-sized blanks. SUBSTANCE: packing and moulding of products are accomplished at simultaneous action of static load on a blank placed in a mould, the load being directed along the wood grains, and field of acoustic waves. Use is made of a mould manufactured of a material possessing anisotropy of flexible properties, in which the values of acoustic resistance in orthogonal directions are coordinated with the values of wood acoustic resistance in the directions along and across the wood grains. The values of acoustic resistances of the material of the mould and wood differ from each other by no more than 10 times in each of directions.
