The bag (2) has one or more filaments (1) of metal or plastic incorporated in its upper end, selected for their elasticity, strength and capacity to deform. The filaments are fitted lengthwise in the bag, perpendicular to its base, and when the top of the bag is twisted it stays in the closed position.
