FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe has tubular body made of polymeric material. Polymeric-material piston with rod is positioned inside the body. Piston has on side of rod includes cavity which accommodates flexible sealing element made, for example, of rubber or cylindrical spring. It has form of ring, and its external diameter exceeds diameter of cavity. The construction of syringe provides for reduction of force required for piston displacement in syringe body. Construction makes it possible to eliminate effect of variation of polymer elastic properties in process of ageing and syringe part shrinkage during its manufacture by method of casing under pressure.
