Device for positioning and fixing bones and bone fragments

The device is used to position bones and/or fragments of bones. It has at least one prosthesis plate and holder devices (4). The holders (4) each have a fastening screw (1) and a connector part (2) pivotally held on the screw (1). The holders (4) are fastened and fixed to a perforated plate (5) serving as the prosthesis plate. The plate has at least two holes (50-52). The holders are fastened and fixed to the plate by means of a safety washer such that the holders (4) can be pushed into the plate and are aligned perpendicular relative to the plate. Preferably the fastening screw (1) has a cylindrical core or a conically tapering section, with a screw thread of constant diameter. The outer edges are preferably rounded.
