The invention concerns a device enabling balls thrown at a panel suspended thereon to be returned in varied ways. It comprises at least a rigid linking rod (3) directly linking the rigid end bars (1 and 2) provided with clamps. The spacing between the end bars (1 and 2) can be modified by moving the connecting pieces (4 and 5) thereby adjusting the tension of the elastic linkages (17) fixed to the clamps, and on which depends the speed of ball returned by the panel (15). By rotating the bar (3) in the support structure (8), the sloping angle can be varied between 0 DEG and 360 DEG , thereby acting on the height and the trajectory of the returned balls; their direction depends on the position of the support rod (10), which can be modified by rotating it in its support tube (11), which can be between 0 DEG and 360 DEG . All the adjustments can be automated. The device is designed for games and training sessions.
