A pair of arms (2a and 2b) whose intermediate parts are supported by arm supports (6a and 6b) are provided. A pair of shearing blades (48a and 48b) by which an object is shorn are attached to the tip parts of the arms (2a and 2b) near the supported parts. A plurality of through-holes (8) are formed in the intermediate parts of the tip parts. The leading parts of the tip parts are divided into a plurality of portions to which claws (7a, 7a and 7b) are attached. The rear end parts of the arms (2a and 2b) are driven by a hydraulic pressure cylinder to open/close the tip parts of the arms to crush the object over the whole width ranges of the arms (2a and 2b). In order to prevent dust from the crushed parts from scattering, water mist is sprayed from spray nozzles (46a and 46b) toward the tip parts of the arms (2a and 2b) so as to cover the crushed parts with water.
