The arrangement includes a measuring arrangement consisting of an X-ray tube (4) and a detector (5) which is set up from a series of parallel detector lines. At least one slot blind (10) at the side of the tube, and an optional slot blind (11) at the side of the detector are provided. The slot blinds (10, 11) are individually adjustable in such way, that one or several detector lines are alternatively selectable from the detector for producing an X-ray silhouette. The selection is made in response to a relative movement of a patient tray (1) in z direction at a stationary measuring arrangement (4, 5).
