发明名称 Device to generate slow linear movement of threaded spindle for small loads
摘要 The device uses intermittent forces which work on a spindle nut of a spindle-spindle nut system. A component (1) incorporating the threaded spindle (3) is located with the inner thread secured against axial sliding in a bearing (2). The bearing allows an oscillation of the component in the range of about a few degrees. The spindle is screwed into the component and guided in an element (4). For pulse transmission to the component, independently controlled jerking bodies (6) are positioned on opposite sides of the component, so that different bodies generate opposite rotational and linear movements of the spindle. The point of impact of these bodies may not lie on a straight line parallel to the line of gravity which cuts the axis of the component. Corresponding to the desired feed direction of the spindle, one of the jerking bodies can be driven with a specified frequency or can be loaded at specified intervals with a movement pulse of a specified size.
