摘要 The invented device is used on living biological tissue. It is namely a laser for stimulating living soft tissue. The biological tissue of the subject is irradiated by optical energy, the wave length and the power of the beam must be set so that the tissue absorbs the irradiation and converts it into heat that is high enough to raise the average temperature of that tissue above the overall body temperature, but not high enough to convert it into callogenic material. According to the proposed method, the therapy heating effect is achieved inside the tissue, but overheating does not harm it. In order to implement this method, the reactive system of the low power laser is used, its power ranges from 100 to 800 milliwatts, in both modes - continuous and pulse. It was found that the laser Nd: YAG, working on a main wave length of 1,064 nanometres, lowers the pain in soft tissues, deadens the inflammation and speeds up the recovering of the tissue by stimulating microcirculation, but overheating does not harm the living tissue.
