The bracket assembly includes a main hanger bracket comprising two parallel identical plates connected by three spacing bushes (8), attached with lateral adjustment by a T-head bolt (9,19) to an metal anchor slot (3) cast in the wall (2). Spacer washers (12), and a metal wedging channel (13) provide further adjustment. Vertical adjustment of the hanger plate can be obtained by a bolt through a threaded hole in the top spacer bush (8). A support member (11) for carrying a facing panel or for insertion between brick courses is inserted in the slot (5) in the plates of the hanger bracket and secured by the angle member (17).
