PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a turbolag of a turbocharger small at low speed operation time by molding a turbine by carbon fiber impregnated with carbon powder, forming a carbon fiber-carbon composite material by baking the turbine, and covering a surface of this composite material with a coating film of silicon carbide. SOLUTION: After pitch type carbon fiber is embedded in a matrix material, it is impregnated with carbon powder, and is dried, and a prepreg 30 is made, and a carbon fiber hub 31 is formed of this prepreg 30 by injection molding. Next, carbon fiber blades 33... are installed in installing grooves 14... of this carbon fiber hub 31, and a carbon fiber turbine is formed. Next, this carbon fiber turbine is baked in a vacuum or in inert gas, and is formed as a carbon fiber-carbon composite material 11. Afterwards, the obtained carbon fiber-carbon composite material 11 is soaked in silicon powder, and then, impregnating reaction processing is performed on the carbon fiber-carbon composite material 11 for about one hour in a vacuum, and a silicon carbide coating film having a film thickness of about 20 to 100 μm is performed on a surface of the carbon fiber-carbon composite material 11. |
