<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a contact hole with high reproducibility on a transparent insulation film provided on a transparent substrate by providing a black conductive pattern on an electrode of an area forming the contact hole on the transparent insulation film provided on the transparent substrate. SOLUTION: The black conductive pattern 4 is provided on the electrode of the area forming the contact hole 8 on the transparent insulation film provided on the transparent substrate 2 constituting an active matrix substrate 1. In such a manner, by providing the black conductive pattern 4 on the electrode 3 of the area forming the contact hole 8, the contact hole 8 is formed precisely. As the electrode 3 becoming the subject forming such a contact hole 8, a source electrode for connecting a pixel electrode 9 exists, and further, when auxiliary capacity is formed between an auxiliary capacity electrode and a gate bus line, the auxiliary electrode requiring connection with the pixel electrode 9 becomes the subject also.</p> |
