PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease ROM capacity for an inspection program, and to increase flexibility of the inspection program. SOLUTION: An inspection program which inspects resources such as ROM 1-1, RAM 1-2, IF 1-5 and so on which are necessary to receive a program from an external inspection equipment 2 is stored in ROM 1-1 mounted on a printed board 1. From the inspection of the printed board, the external inspection equipment 2 makes the inspection program in ROM 1-1 is executed, and when it is normal, the external inspection equipment 2 makes RAM 1-2 store an inspection program for inspecting the overall printed board 1 to have it executed. |
