PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably hold a transferring article by decreasing load to be applied to the upper surface part of the transferring article when the transferring article is adsorbed. SOLUTION: A pair of clamp bodies 11a, 11b capable of pinching a transferring article A are provided on a base body 1. Adsorptive means 21 for adsorbing parts near the edges of the upper surface of the transferring article A are integrally provided on the clamp bodies 11a, 11b. The adsorptive means 21 adsorb the parts near the edges on the upper surface of the transferring article A, namely the edges near the side surfaces of the transferring article A to be pinched by the clamp bodies 11a, 11b regardless of the size of the transferring article A. Therefore, load to be applied to the upper surface part of the transferring article A can be decreased in comparison with a case the upper surface central part of the transferring article A is adsorbed. |
