PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively construct a recycling business process optimized in environmental load and cost on a network and to support the process until contract, transaction between organizations. SOLUTION: A recycling process is evaluated from the viewpoint of the environmental load on a communication network with which various organizations in relation to recycling are connected and a process model is set by a process model setting module 203. Materials are provided and a requested matter is matched for the process model and a physical recycling process as a real business is generated upon evaluating its cost (profitableness) by a physical process generating module 204. A contract processing and a transaction processing between plural organizations registered in a physical process are electronically executed by a contract processing module 206 and a contract module 207 respectively. Authentication registration regarding management, finance, technology, etc., is performed as the organization to participate in the network by an authentication module 208. |
