PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a production planning having a high availability in a short time through no manager. SOLUTION: A CPU 2 reads in a plurality of machining processes and machining process orders for producing an ordered product from a process-machine information data base 11 and a machine information data base 12, reads out a machining device registered in the first machining process and machining device information of respective machining devices, and reads in product information including the size and the number of the ordered product from an order receipt information data base 10. A machine extracting part 5 compares product information with machine information of respective machines and extracts machining device capable of performing a job related to the ordered product. A machine selecting part 6 selects the machining device having a low order number and a little jobs assigned to the machining device, out of the extracted machining devices, and an assigning part 7 assigns a job related to the ordered product to the selected machining device. |
