<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing and classifying method which enables stable production. SOLUTION: By this pulverizing and classifying method, a source material comprising at least one kind of thermoplastic resin or a source material containing at least one kind of thermoplastic resin is pulverized by dispersing in a gas flow to cause collision. The gas having dispersed state of the material to be pulverized is passed through an aperture of a rotating member such as a cylindrical or conical rotor to separate a pulverized material which passes from a pulverized material which does not pass. The pulverized material which does not pass is mixed with the source material and again subjected to the pulverizing by collision and classifying. In this method, a lubricant is incorporated into the source material. As for the lubricant to be used, hydrocarbons, fat-based agents, fatty acid amides, esters, alcohols, metal soaps and mixtures of these can be used.</p> |
