PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sudden change of rigidity between a tire bead and a side wall by bringing the reinforcing cord of a carcass arranged on the outside of a tire into contact with a binding rubber layer having a high elastic modulus, and a cord arranged on the inside into contact with a binding rubber layer having a lower elastic modulus. SOLUTION: The first binding rubber layer 8 of a reinforcing cord for a carcass 6 is arranged on the axially inside to the carcass layer 6, and the rubber layer 8 has a low elastic modulus. The reinforcing cord of the carcass 6 makes contact with a rubber mixture having a high elastic modulus on the axial inside. A binding rubber layer 10 having a low elastic modulus on the axial outside of the carcass 6 is extended over the whole side wall 1. A binding rubber layer 1 having a high elastic modulus is extended in the whole transfer area 4 of a tire bead 2. A side wall mixture 12 having a low elastic modulus is present on the axial outside to the rubber layer 10, and a filler mixture 13 having a high elastic modulus is extended on the axial outside to the rubber layer 11.
