<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recyclability of shock absorber of plastic foam relating to such a material used in a pallet with packaging base sheet. SOLUTION: A shock absorber 9 is attached to a packaging base sheet 8 without using adhesive by a procedure that a flap 10 is bent in such a manner as to wrap shock absorber 9 placed on the upper surface part of the packaging base sheet 8, a projection 9b on each of the shock absorbers 9 is inserted respectively into an opening 14, a pressing surface 9c of each of the shock absorbers 9 is pressed under a pressing part 15, and raised pieces 18 are made to press the sides of the projection 9b. This method enables removing the shock absorbers 9 from the packaging base sheet 8 in a simple manner and, since there are no such things as adhesive and bits of corrugated paperboard clinging to shock absorbers 9 after the removal, the shock absorbers 9 are improved in recyclability.</p> |
