The present invention relates to the use of a pseudocapsid formed from papovavirus major capsid antigen and excluding minor capsid antigens, which pseudocapsid incorporates exogenous material in the manufacture of a pseudocapsid composition for use in medicine, particularly the treatment and/or prevention of neurological disorders.
