PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a portable radio terminal at ease in a place where a device susceptible to an electromagnetic wave is used by requesting a user to lower the transmission level of a portable radio terminal, based on a receiving level display. SOLUTION: Radio connecting devices 1 to 4 are set to a low level to prevent transmission power from giving adverse effects on a device susceptable to an electromagnetic wave. Each device 1 to 4 allocates a link channel in response to a link channel establishment request from a PHS terminal and detects a receiving level through a known method in the course of performing radio connection. Also, when it executes a position registration sequence in response to a position registration request from the PHS terminal, it extracts calling numbers of the PHS and notifies them to a concentrator 5. The concentrator 5 supervises the receiving level of each calling number that is informed and displays them on a receiving level display device 6. On the other hand, PHS terminals 11 to 61 perform communications through a PHS public base station in a public space and through a radio connection device in-house. |
