INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR IMAGE OR THE LIKE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adjust image quality of a display monitor in a system having both PC and TV functions. SOLUTION: A display monitor 25 is provided with a display and geometry setting control section 55 that has a means to adjust a characteristic of an image signal. The display and geometry setting control section 55 adjusts the characteristic of an image signal fed from a PC or TV module 15 to a display monitor 25 by allowing an user to interface a PC module or a TV module 15 via an input output interface. A central control module provided on the PC module prevents conflict of image quality control of the PC module and the TV module 15.
