<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part and a mounting structure therefor wherein, in the case of mounting a surface mounting electronic part on both sides of a mounting board, when the electronic part is mounted on one side, the electronic part on the other side is held so as not to fall off therefrom. SOLUTION: An electronic part 100 which comprises a plurality of conductive members 110 through lower surfaces 130, of which electronic signals are inputted and outputted, and at least two pins 120, is mounted on a mounting board 200. Each of the at least two pins 120 is provided with a wedge 140 passing through a through hole 220 provided in the mounting board 200.
