A highly convenient epock-making unprecedented up/down blind, ensuring simultaneously natural lighting which is an essential function of a blind, and privacy is provided by arranging raising/lowering cords at both ends of slats using two-way stoppers, instead of a conventional one-way stopper, for the raising/lowering cords, thereby to eliminate the awkward appearance of the cords, and further to facilitate the slanting of the slats, enabling the slats of the blind to be gathered at the lower part of the window, at the upper part, downward as usual, or in the middle, and making the widths of the slats changeable. When the blind is particularly wide, another raising/lowering cord can be provided in the middle to prevent the slats from bending downward. |
