<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a perforation on also an finite and irregular or nonuniform material part piece by the uniform distribution of perforation holes and by the hole density having high per unit area without generating lock of the perforation process. SOLUTION: When perforations are formed on a flat material such as lather, synthetic leather, foaming material, paper, filter paper, carton, foil, etc., by at least one needle group provided with perforation needles, each cut piece 9 from the flat material is held on an endless conveying device 2 and drawn from the perforation needle by at least one pressing band 10a to be operated in synchronism with the conveying device 2. Preferably, at least one needle group is formed of one needle roller 7, and the pressing band 10a is guided through a roll clearance 8 of at leas one needle roll 7 in synchronism with the cut piece 9. Therefore, the device is suitable for forming of the perforations on the lather and cut piece of it.</p> |
