PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually exchange a message only between these devices and also to allow an owner to recognize a message through body feeling without letting others know the message by separately carrying two kinds of devices which have different transmitting and receiving frequencies. SOLUTION: To a transmitting and receiving part 50 are connected a transmitting system which comprises a frequency generating circuit 61 that generates a 1st frequency and an amplifier circuit 62 that amplifies the 1st generated frequency to a prescribed transmission intensity and sends it to a transmitting and receiving part 50, and a receiving system which comprises a frequency detection circuit 11 that detects a 2nd frequency from a receiving radio wave and a level decision circuit 12 that sends a decision signal only when the detected 2nd frequency is equal to or more than a prescribed 1st receiving sensitivity based on a receiving level setting part 14. A vibrating part 70 operates only for a prescribed time through the outputs of the circuit 12 and an OFF-TD circuit 21. The circuits 61 and 11 are provided with internal switches 63 and 13 which select the 1st or 2nd frequency and set the combination of the 1st and 2nd frequencies.
