PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data write-in/read-out method capable of performing high speed data access. SOLUTION: The data are written two-dimensionally in respective banksβ0,β1 of frame memories M0, M1 so that though the frame memories are different from each other, a bank number is common related to respective data A, B of the data A0, A1, A2, A3,..., An-1 , An ,... and data B0, B1, B2, B3,..., Bn-1 , Bn ,... being respective write-in units in A line and B line adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction on a plotting surface, and the procedure writing in the bank of different number of the same frame memory as the last time is inserted whenever the numberαof repeat times becomeα=2L (L is optional numeral value selected from natural number), e.g. 4 while repeating that the data are written in the bank of different number of the frame memory different from each other in respective front/rear relations of the data An-1 and the data An , and the data Bn-1 and the data Bn .
