PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain restoring force of an elastic film over a long period without generating chips. SOLUTION: An elastic unit 18 is mounted between inner/outer cylinder metal fixtures 24, 16. In the outer cylinder metal fixture 16, a fluid chamber 32 is provided, in a partition member 34, the fluid chamber 32 is divided into a main fluid chamber 32A and sub fluid chamber 32B. In a central part of the partition member 34, a recessed part 38 is formed, and between a membrane 46 and a bottom part of the recessed part 38, a space serving as a second air chamber 50 is partitioned. A peripheral part 46A of the membrane 46 is formed in bellows shape, while formed in thin thickness, an internal peripheral part 46B of the membrane 46 is formed in thickness larger than of the peripheral part 46A. In the second air chamber 50, a cone-shaped coil spring 48 is arranged so as to energize the membrane 46 to the side of the main fluid chamber 32A. |
