<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumped storage power generation facility whereby economical AFC adjustment can be performed at pumped hydroelectric storage operation time. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a vector control circuit 80 for performing pulse width modulation control so as to generate an optimum excitation amount determined by a command condition at pumped hydroelectric storage operation time, and a control switching circuit 78 for switching control of an inverter 6a opening a start by a control signal of the vector control circuit 80 by a speed control signal at initial rotation time at pumped hydroelectric storage starting time, when rotation rises to specific rotation, by increasing voltage level to excitation voltage for controlling in proportion to a frequency, so as to increase a speed to synchronous speed so as to perform the pulse width modulation control.</p> |
