摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability without sacrificing the measuring accuracy of a flow rate by a method wherein a positioning groove in which the base part of a thermosensitive resistor is housed is formed on the surface parallel to the direction of a flow of a fixation base protruding to a direction at right angles to the direction of the flow and the base part of the thermosensitive resistor is fixed to the surface of the groove. SOLUTION: In a thermosensitive flow-rate sensor, a measuring conduit is formed inside a housing 1 which is arranged and installed at a main passage, and a thermosensitive resistor 3 which is inserted into, and fixed to, a thermosensitive-resistor support member 11 which is supported and borne by a sensor fixation part is installed inside the measuring conduit. The thermosensitive-resistor support member 11 is composed of a disk-shaped pedestal 14 and of a flat boardlike fixation base 15 which is attached to the center of the pedestal 14 so as to protrude vertically from the pedestal 14. A positioning groove 16 in and to which the base part of the thermosensitive resistor 3 is housed and fixed is formed on the fixation face 15a of the fixation base 15, and through holes 16a, 16b, 16c are formed in the bottom face of the positioning groove 16. A groove 19, for coupling and stopping, by which a coupling and stopping protrusion 18 used to decided the fixation position of the thermosensitive resistor 3 in a position extended from the positioning groove 16 is formed in the pedestal 14.</p>
