A judging part 22 judges the generation of start shock when the peak value exceeds a start shock judgment level PI2 . The case of detecting from the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is also included depending on a control device. The generation of stop shock is detected from the difference at the time of stop. The case of remote-adjusting a constant of a gain or the like of the control device from the detection of shock generation is also included.
