PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and order materials in consideration of environmental aspects when the materials are procured. SOLUTION: Item data 11 of the materials possible to be ordered by every classification of the materials is generated and stored in a material side (14). The quality of environmental consideration is evaluated by every item of the materials and quality of environment consideration evaluation data is stored in a designing side (15). When the materials are ordered, the items of the materials possible to be ordered are selected based on requested materials data and the quality of environmental consideration evaluation data is added to materials ordering data and outputted.
