PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually correct the direction with ease in the state where an electric motor is stopped by providing a transmission mechanism with play for allowing the free rotation of a wheel by a prescribed rotating angle to a driving axle, and laying the wheel in connected state after it exceeds the prescribed rotating angle between the driving axle and the wheel. SOLUTION: When a transmission carrier 1 is turned in a bolster, an electric motor is stopped, and the carrier is turned counterclockwise, for example, around a left wheel 2L. Since the wheels are laid in resting state, only a right wheel, 2R is idled by a necessary portion. Since the front wheel tread is T1, the turning radius is also equal to T1, and the traveling distance of the right front wheel 2R is 2×T/2=π.T1. When the outer diameter of the front wheel is D1, and the rotating speed of the front wheel is (n), the rotating speed (n) is T1/D1 because ofπ.D1.n=π.T1. After turning, the states of lateral roller chains are differed. Namely, even if one roller chain is tightened, the other is still loosened to slip the drive wheel, and both the wheels are then driven.
