PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent at a discharge port and prevent measuring accuracy from lowering, and allow drop transportation and pneumatic transportation by setting a weight average particle diameter in a specific range, and specifying an angle of repose measured by an injection method. SOLUTION: Resin beads are manufactured by using methacryl resin through a suspension polymerization method. After washing, this is subjected to flow- drying by heat air. Next, additives such as resin beads and water, oxide metal powder, fatty acid metallic salt are placed in a vessel-fixed type stirring machine to thereby be controlled by performing stirring in the order of 1-30 mins. The additive quantity of water is made in the order of, e.g. 0.1-2 pts.wt. with respect to 99.9-98 pts.wt. resin beads. Thus, the resin beads are formed having a weight average particle diameter being in the range of 50-800μm, and 20-40 deg. of an angle of repose measured by an injection method. As such, flowability is improved extremely, resulting in the prevention of segregation, coagulation, and the like within a tank and hopper, and clogging and so forth at the discharge port during the period of drop transportation and pneumatic transportation.
