EXCESS SLUDGE CONDITIONER OF ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESS WASTE WATER AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT BY STRONGLY ACIDIC WATER AND LACTIC BACTERIA METABOLITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify the water in a sewage and waste water disposal plant and to reduce the volume of the excess sludge to be discharged or carried out by utilizing microorganisms. SOLUTION: The sterilization of all the bacteria by the strongly acidic water generated from its generator and having <=pH2.7 and <=1000 mV oxidation- reduction potential has already been recognized. The generator is set at an appropriate place of an activated-sludge waste water or sewage disposal plant, and the decomposing and oxidizing capacity of the strongly acidic water is exhibited to sterilize protozoa and microorganisms. An appropriate amt. of the microorganism metabolite is injected every day into an agitated tank in the plant to rapidly propagate and activate the aerobes in an activated sludge tank. Excess sludge is completely eliminated by the sterilization and propagation.
